The insulation cover on the cable has
detached and is exposing the wires. This has the potential to cause an
electric shock or electrocution. This cable must not be used – it should be
replaced, appropriately repaired by a licensed electrician or discarded. |

There are too many cords inserted onto the
power board. This has the potential to
cause overloading on power to the equipment. Buy a larger power board or 2 smaller ones
that will support the power cables. No double adaptor on board. Should only be
cables that are on the power board |

|
Monitor sitting on stacked books. Could cause instability causing the monitor
to fall. Glass of water too close to keyboard, may
spill and cause potential damage. Purchase an ergonomic computer support stand. Can then adjust the monitor to the correct
height. Invest in a drink bottle with a secure top. |

Projector supported by books on lap top
stand. Potential to topple and cause
damage. Remove books from stand and reposition
projector. |

|
Uneven monitors sitting on desk. Could cause neck strain. Untidy cables lying under desk. Desk appears to have a lot of additional
material. Also stack of CD on external
hard disk drive. Monitors should be same height on desk. Tidy and organise cables under desk. Invest in a larger desk or more draws to
clear work area. |

Should not have a screen blocking a doorway
blocking access to walkway. Remove screen to another area in the room. |
